These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website bizduniya.in and the digital visiting card services provided by Duniya Ads ("BizDuniya", "we", "our", or "us"), operating from Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use BizDuniya. By using the Service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@bizduniya.in if you suspect unauthorised access. BizDuniya is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to secure your account.
BizDuniya provides digital visiting card hosting, portfolio pages, resume pages, contact enquiry forms, visitor analytics, sharing tools, and related utilities. Feature availability depends on the Plan you have purchased. Feature details, limits, and inclusions are listed on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Plans are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) and billed annually as a single upfront payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Applicable taxes (including GST where relevant) are shown at the payment stage. By completing payment, you authorise Razorpay to process the transaction on our behalf.
Each Plan is valid for a fixed term of 12 months from the date of payment. Plans do not auto-renew. You are solely responsible for renewing your Plan before it expires if you wish to continue uninterrupted access.
Renewal communication consent: By subscribing to any Plan, you expressly consent to receive renewal reminders and Service-related communications from BizDuniya via SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice call, in-app notifications, and any other communication channel we may reasonably use, using the contact details you provided at signup. This consent is treated as your opt-in for service-related messages under applicable TRAI regulations and remains valid until you delete your account or withdraw consent in writing.
All purchases on BizDuniya are final and non-refundable. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain full ownership of all Content you upload. By uploading Content, you grant BizDuniya a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, cache, and distribute that Content strictly for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf. This licence ends when you delete the Content or your account, subject to reasonable backup retention periods.
The BizDuniya name, logo, website design, code, and all platform features are the exclusive property of Duniya Ads and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose only. No rights are granted to copy, modify, or redistribute the platform itself.
The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Razorpay (payments), and may embed third-party links or media (e.g., YouTube videos you add). BizDuniya is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service, and your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.
BizDuniya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or upload content that violates law. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to breach.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. BizDuniya makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes (such as leads, sales, or search ranking). To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizDuniya's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BizDuniya in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. BizDuniya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizDuniya, Duniya Ads, and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
BizDuniya shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, hosting provider failures, government action, strikes, or cyberattacks.
We may update the Service, Plans, features, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or on the website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably by writing to contact@bizduniya.in . If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies available under Indian law.
