Transaction ID, plan purchased, amount, and payment status. We do not store your card number, UPI ID, CVV, or bank credentials — these are handled entirely by Razorpay.
Page views, referring URLs, browser type, device type, IP address, timestamps, and interactions with your vCard by visitors.
Name, phone, email, and messages submitted by visitors through your vCard's contact form. This data belongs to you as the vCard owner.
Records of support conversations conducted over email, WhatsApp, or phone.
We process your personal data for specific, lawful purposes:
We do not profile you for advertising, sell your data, or use your content to train third-party AI models.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given at signup and each time you upload content or make a payment. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8), though doing so will end your ability to use the Service.
BizDuniya does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third party for their marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is not passed to advertisers, data brokers, lead-generation services, or any external party for profit.
Data is shared only in the following limited and necessary circumstances:
Public information you choose to publish on your vCard, such as your business phone, address, and services, is intentionally visible to anyone with your card link — this is the purpose of a digital visiting card.
By creating an account, you consent to receive Service-related communications — including renewal reminders, security alerts, policy updates, and support responses — via SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice call, and in-app notifications. These are transactional messages tied to your Plan and are not promotional.
You may unsubscribe from optional promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, but you cannot opt out of essential Service communications while your account is active.
BizDuniya uses cookies and similar technologies for:

Right to nominate: Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of your death or incapacity.

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. On account deletion:
BizDuniya is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
All personal data is stored on servers located in India. If in future we need to transfer data outside India for legitimate business reasons, we will do so only to jurisdictions permitted under the DPDP Act and with appropriate safeguards.
